As a cluster we have developed a shared vision together which has our learners at the heart of everything we do.

Transition for all our learners along the 3-16 continuum is a priority for all of us within the cluster. Transition for us is far more than visits to the secondary school during the summer term.

Transition is about working together to ensure our learners have a range of opportunities and activities to support their learning.
