School Partnership programme
We’ve worked closely as a cluster for many years but the real catalyst for taking it to the next step was the School Partnership Programme.
We were part of the first cohort of schools in 2019 and our SPP processes are now firmly embedded – it took time to arrive at this point but we now have a culture of trust and honesty with all schools accountable to each other.
We have Headteachers and Deputy Headteachers trained as Peer Reviewers and middle leaders trained as Improvement Facilitators and we regularly visit all schools within the cluster and have worked on a range of focus areas such as Curriculum for Wales, progression and assessment.
We have created a bank of resources to share following individual school workshops.
